*ITF Rule concerning the last day of play: With respect to the third day of play, if the 4th match of the tie (first match on Sunday) lasts for at least 4 sets and it decides the tie (i.e. one of the teams has won) the 5th, match (second match on Sunday) will not be played unless both teams agree otherwise. If the 4th match is less than 4 sets but decides the outcome of the tie the 5th match should be played (to the best of 3 tie – break sets).
