Lucy Brown and Swedish partner Hilda Melander have won the $10,000 Innsbruck women's doubles title. Playing as the top seeds, Brown & Melander took on Slovakian duo Polona Rebersak & Nastja Kolar winning 3-6, 6-3, 10-7.
