What will I need to run a Tennis Xpress course?

  • Rackets - People new to tennis might not want to buy a new racket before they start.
  • Balls - Slower balls are essential to the delivery of Tennis Xpress. Ideally you should have a selection of red, orange and green balls catering for all level of player. If you don’t have enough from your Mini / junior programme you can buy them from the Cardio Tennis shop.
