Aegon GB Fed Cup Team captain Judy Murray has today confirmed her team that will return to Hungary and contest the Fed Cup by BNP Paribas.
The tie will take place in Budapest from February 4-7 and will see Great Britain in the Europe/Africa Zone Group I alongside 14 other nations with only two spots available to progress to the World Group II play-offs.
Debutant Anna Smith is set to participate in the event for the first time and will join Heather Watson, Johanna Konta and Jocelyn Rae.

• Heather Watson
• Johanna Konta
• Jocelyn Rae
• Anna Smith
Commenting on the selections, Judy Murray said: "Our goal as always is to get out of the Euro Africa Zone and into a play-off for World Group II. We are fielding our best two available singles players and a recognised and very promising doubles team.
“I believe this represents our best chance for success in a three rubber match format where we could end up playing four countries in four days.
“The current Fed Cup format only allows home and away ties for the 16 teams in the World Groups so we must get to that stage in order to be able to use the event to stimulate more interest in British women's tennis.”
Heather Watson, who will be playing her 16th tie for Great Britain, said: “Playing Fed Cup is always a highlight for me during the year.
“Most of the time we are out there playing for ourselves, so it’s always a lot of fun and a great honour to compete as a team and represent our country against some of the best in the world.”
