Eighth seed Andrew Fitzpatrick reached the quarter-finals of the men's singles in Egypt where he missed out to third seeded Russian Ivan Nedelko 6-3, 6-2. In the doubles Fitzpatrick teamed up with Spaniard Andoni Vivanco-Guzman and the top seeded duo won through to the final where they finished as runners-up to Italian duo Marco Crugnola & Riccardo Sinicropi.

Eighth seed Andrew Fitzpatrick defeated Jens Hauser (SUI) in the second round of the men's singles in Egypt to set up a place in the final eight against third seeded Russian Ivan Nedelko. In the doubles Fitzpatrick teams up with Spaniard Andoni Vivanco-Guzman and the top seeded duo are into the semi-finals.
