On Thursday at the Internazionali BNL d'Italia, 2012 Wimbledon Doubles Champion Jonny Marray and compatriot Dominic Inglot played sixth seeds Rohan Bopanna & Mahesh Bhupathi in the second round of the men’s doubles missing out 6-2, 6-3, while Laura Robson and American partner Lisa Raymond take on Dominika Cibulkova & Monica Niculescu in the women’s doubles where they were defeated 6-4, 6-4.

Injured Andy Murray pulls out in Rome
Andy Murray retired in his second round match against Marcel Granollers at the Italian Open.
The Briton, who turned 26 on Wednesday, was suffering from a lower back injury and ceased play when the match was tied at 6-3, 6-7(5).
"I pulled out because there was a good chance I would be playing tomorrow if I got through. As it is, I'd be very surprised if I was playing in Paris," said Murray.
"I need to make a plan as to what I do. I'll chat with the guys tonight and make a plan for the next few days then make a decision on Paris after the next five days."
The Scot's only previous mid-match retirement coincidentally came on his 20th birthday, when he snapped a tendon in his wrist at the 2007 Hamburg Masters.

Laura Robson defeated by Serena Williams in Rome
Laura Robson lost her first ever meeting with world No.1 Serena Williams 6-2, 6-2 in the second round of the Internazionali BNL d'Italia.
"I felt like I had a couple of chances that I didn't take, especially on those break points," Robson told 5 live after her match. "But in a way you expect her to hit an unbelievable shot all the time, and when she doesn't you're not ready for it. But there's definitely a lot of things I can take out of it."
The British No.1 now teams up with American Lisa Raymond to take on Svetlana Kuznetsova (RUS) & Flavia Pennetta (ITA) in the opening round of the doubles.
Elsewhere Andy Murray will play Spaniard Marcel Granollers in his opening match at approximately 13:00 BST on Wednesday.

Laura Robson defeats Venus Williams in Rome
British No.1 Laura Robson has defeated seven-time Grand Slam champion Venus Williams in the opening round of the Internazionali BNL d'Italia.
World number 39 Robson, broke the American's serve on six occasions on the clay courts in Rome to win 6-3, 6-2. In round two Robson will meet Venus' sister Serena, the world No.1.
Meanwhile in the doubles Robson teams up with American Lisa Raymond.
Elsewhere British doubles duo Jonny Marray & Dominic Inglot battled past Americans John Isner & Sam Querrey 7-5, 6-7(8), 12-10 in the their opening round match, while in the singles Andy Murray faces Marcel Granollers after receiving a bye into round two.
