Dermot Bailey ended his week in Antibes on a triumphant note after winning the men's consolation singles.

After being drawn against top seed Yoann Quilliou in the main draw, with the Frenchman advancing 6-1, 7-5, Bailey was top seed for the consolation event and eased into the final after defeating a second French opponent, Didier Guiard 6-1, 6-0.

Bailey had a tougher task in the final, but held on to beat Morocco's Ahmed Jeddi 6-2, 3-6, 6-3.

Bailey and Australian Keegan Oh-Chee bowed out of the men's doubles in the quarter-finals, against the eventual champions, Sebastien Husser and Francois Xavier Morille of France.

Dermot Bailey has had a bye into the semi-finals of the men's consolation singles in Antibes after slipping to a 6-1, 7-5 loss to French top seed Yoann Quillou in the men's main draw.

Bailey is also contesting the men's doubles with Australia's Keegan Oh-Chee.

After moving up to his career best men's singles ranking of No. 93 this week, 19-year-old Dermot Bailey contests the ITF Futures Series event in Antibes, France.

Bailey will be hoping to build on some promising results earlier this season after reaching ITF 3 Series singles semi-finals at the North West Challenge in Preston and the Biel-Bienne Indoors in Switzerland.
