NEW Summer Cardio tennis programme at Riverside!

We're pleased to announce that our new Cardio Tennis Programme for Summer 2013 is now up and running. This is open to members and non members so why not come along with a friend?

We're running 4 sessions a week from June 3rd 2013. One of which will be taking place at Russell Park Courts [our new Satellite Venue] on Monday mornings - just perfect to grab a coffee at theKIOSK afterwards and kick start your week!

Our sessions running at Riverside are:

Wednesday evenings

Thursday mornings

& Saturdays

We can cater for everyones' busy schedules

SIGN UP EARLY AND GET IN OUR PRIZE DRAW!

Players signing up for the 7 week block by Sunday 2nd June will be entered into a prize draw to win a pedometer to keep track on your steps throughout the week.

There are a maximum of 12 spaces per session. These will be filled with block bookings and then open to Pay and Play on the day on a first come/first served basis.

If you didn't make it to the trial sessions . . . . A few facts for you about Cardio Tennis so you know what to expect:

1. It's NOT coaching but is run by a coach

2. It's a FITNESS SESSION WITH A TENNIS RACKET IN HAND

3. It uses low compression balls [to make you hit HARDER]

4. It WILL improve your fitness & movement on court and will THEREFORE make you a better player

5. You can do it AT YOUR OWN PACE - Make it harder or easier for yourself

6. The sessions is done to MUSIC

7. [You might be a little bit sore the following day - and then a little bit more sore the day after]

8. We're really excited about bringing it to Riverside (but you could tell that anyway!)
