The successful candidate will be joining a team of 3 coaches and will be involved in all aspects of our junior and developing adult coaching programme. The successful person must be competent at teaching tennis to a variety of levels both in group and individual sessions.
For candidates with the ambition to really develop their career and become integral in a coaching business, this role demonstrates real potential and so this is particularly suited to somebody look for a long term position.
To be eligible for the position the candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum LTA Level 3 qualified (Strong level 2’s will be considered assuming they plan to complete Level 3 in the short term future) or international equivalent with a valid LTA accreditation
- LTA licensed/registered
- Hold a valid UK driving license with access to a car
The candidate must show the following:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working with a variety of ages/levels
- Professional, good at timekeeping and organisational skills
- Able to work flexibly at evenings and at the weekend
- A motivation to grow the facility with the owners
