Keith Dewick, President of Bucks LTA, opens new terrace at GX (Dukes Wood) Tennis Club.
Dukes Wood LTC kicked-off the new tennis season with a celebration last Saturday, following completion of a much expanded terrace area overlooking the tennis courts. The work progressed over the winter months and, in spite of the wet weather in April, was finished on schedule in time for the ceremony. Bob Mason, Chairman of the Tennis Club, thanked all the committee members who had worked so hard to drive the project through and welcomed Keith to complete the official opening. Afterwards there were celebratory drinks, a BBQ and jazz band to entertain the members.
