A Bramhall School girl will fulfil the dream of a lifetime, winning the chance to appear on court with the world’s best tennis players. Hannah McColgan, 14, has been selected to be one of 30 Barclays Ball Kids for the ATP World Tour Finals.
The tournament, which starts at London’s O2 arena on Sunday, is the final men’s tennis competition of the year featuring the world’s eight best players.
Those taking park include Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer. The Barclays Ball Kids programme is designed to thank and reward young people who help make the sport what it is. Hannah beat hundreds of youngsters to earn a place in the final 30 and she will join a squad of talented and energetic youngsters who will take to the court in front of thousands of spectators.
