Are you aged 16-18 and interested in a career in tennis coaching? Elite Academy are offering a two year course which combines academic and coaching qualifications.
We are a sport and education Academy with ten years experience working with young students. We also run similar programmes in football, golf and dance.
You will complete a Level 3 Diploma in Sport, a Level 3 Diploma in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship as well as your Level 1 and 2 tennis coaching qualifications. Once you graduate you will be fully qualified as a tennis coach and can either start your coaching career or go onto university.
Academic study takes place at the Liverpool Golf centre and all tennis training takes place at David Lloyd Speke. High playing standard is not a requirement.
Throughout the course you will develop your coaching skills and will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience as a coach on the David Lloyd junior tennis programme. Alongside this, many of the units you are taught in the Diploma such as Sports Coaching, Sports Development, Sports Nutrition, Psychology for Sport and Sport as a Business will prepare you perfectly for a career as a tennis coach.
You will work with very experienced teachers and coaches and will have access to excellent education and training facilities.
