Congratulations to Saltash Tennis Club who were the 7th Club in Cornwall to be awarded the acceditation on Friday 5 December.
A special mention must go to Phil Tucker who worked very hard with the support of the committee to gather the evidence for the Clubmark folder. Phil has also just completed his Level 2 coaching award and is a big part of the mini tennis coaching program at the Club.
The club are working hard to grow membership and get more juniors into the club by increasing links to local schools. There are also long term plans for a facility development to improve the current courts.
Cornwall LTA would like to congratulate the club and wish them every success in 2010.
