A team of Year 11 students from Mullion Community School have been competing in the AGEON Senior Students tennis competition.
The team comprises 4 boys - Joe Davies, Yarin Hirani, Shamus Birch and Tom Collinson who are all members and train at Penzance Tennis Club.
They won through to the regional knockout stage of this competition after a very close match against Penryn College. The team now face Torquay Boys Grammar School. The team have been benefiting from the technical expertise of Martin Coates of Penzance Tennis Club, who has been hired by the school to get the players in the best condition ahead of this match. We wish them all the best for their upcoming match at Torquay.
