Roseland Tennis Academy is born

Since moving into my new role I really wanted to offer the children of the 'Roseland Peninsular' the chance to play more sporting activity's. Since attending two Teacher Training Tennis courses with Guy Leverton and also being a keen tennis player, it lead to me setting up the Tennis Academy here at the Roseland.

It is free of charge to pupils from the primary's cluster schools with 30 places on offer to KS1 & KS2 children and within 9 days they had all . My next step is to look to offer exit routes to children who want to further their Tennis and we are now in the early stages of affiliating ourselves with Steve Askey and the team at Heron Tennis Centre, Newquay which will be a great achievement for the Academy.
