A big welcome to Debbie Hale as the new Talent and Performance Co-ordinator for Devon and Cornwall.
Debbie will manage the Talent and Performance process, working with the most promising juniors, their parents, clubs and coaches to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
Debbie has a wealth of experience having played to a high standard and having worked with many young County juniors in Surrey.
She has also developed and managed programmes in the commercial sector as well as helping more traditional clubs achieve their Clubmark goals.
