As part of the new Performance Landscape accreditation Penzance Performance Mini Juniors are being given the chance to visit other Performance Centres and train with top players from around the Region.
The first visit took place in October with 10 players from Penzance Mini Performance Centre going to Exeter to take part in an Academy day organised by Charlotte Wallace head of Performance at the Exeter Tennis Centre.
The players involved were, Ellyn Calveley, Archie Graham, Joe Williams, Holly Drew, William Randall, Matthew Randall, Chloe Fox, Luis Gomez and Rebecca Triggs,
Robert Hepworth Penzance Mini Tennis Performance Coach said 'the kids had a great time training at another centre and it was great exposure for them to be hitting against other great players from other Top Performance centres'. The next visit will be the High Performance Centre at West Hants Tennis Academy.
