Selection criteria for Junior County cup players 2015
1. Cumbrian by birth; or lived in county for more than six months and not otherwise disqualified/suspended from representing the county.
2. National rating
3. National ranking
4. National leader board position
5. Performance over the Winter Season in Grade 3 and 4 Events and in county cup training
6. Attendance at county cup training camps as a necessity except by prior agreement with the captain
7. An expectation that members of county cup training squads will play in the County Championships
8. A player in a younger age group competing at national level will be considered for an older age group county cup team and can be selected above an older player with a higher rating
9. The County Performance Working Group plus one County Elected Officer must approve final team selections. This Group will also be consulted about selection when there is doubt
