Once again the awards evening, held at The North Lakes Hotel, Penrith was well attended with over 100 people present, players, friends and family.
The LTA, was represented by Paul Bennett, Head of the North Region and Christine Klee, Regional Tennis Performance Co-ordinator, who kindly acted as MC for the evening.
The first part of the evening was devoted to presenting trophies to: Cumbria Mini Winter Leagues 2013-2014 Winners, AEGON Team Tennis Winners 2014, Road to Wimbledon Winners, Cumbria County Championships Winners 2014.
The second half of the evening concentrated on the major awards for teams, and individuals resulting from nominations submitted by clubs in the county:

This trophy is awarded in memory of our former Chairman Chris Fidler to the most successful junior team of the year.
Winner is 10 & U Boys County Cup Team of James Griffin, Billy Blaydes, Alex Dalton and Liam Short with captain Jon Griffin.
Rob Cresswell, CLTA, brought a very successful evening to a close thanking, parents, players, coaches and volunteers for their efforts and asked for their continued support.
