Derbyshire Girls 14&U County Cup report

Although again losing on the first day made it look unlikely we would qualify for the national finals, getting two 5-1 wins was overall not a bad result. There were breakthrough wins for Kelsey Hodgson and Victoria Allen who both beat players they had previously been unable to. All of the girls should be proud of themselves for how they performed over the weekend and yet again the team spirit was fantastic

ASHBOURNE young tennis star Victoria Allen was put through her paces last week after taking part in the Lawn Tennis Association’s (LTA) National Talent ID Day, held at Bolton Arena.

Level 1 Coaching Courses coming up

Level 1 Coaching Courses are available for booking at David Lloyd Derby on 6th/7th and 28th July and also at the Dan Maskell Tennis Centre, Loughborough University, on 10th/11th August and 1st September.
