Seaton tennis star Emma Hurst teamed up with Joely Thomas to win the National 18-and-under doubles at Bournemouth.
The South West girls' new partnership took the title in a very close, competitive final against higher-seeded Ella Monsey ( Suffolk) and Madeleine Brooks ( Norfolk).
It was a brilliant event for Hurst, with the teenager reaching the final after beating top seeds Jasmine Amber Asghar and Ellie Rose-Griffiths 6-4, 7-5.
Coached by Derek Blackmore, Emma is very excited about having her name engraved on a National trophy along with famous players Virginia Wade and Sue Barker!!
