Our ladies Over 40 team of Jackie Nesbitt (captain), Pippa Britton, Karen Clark, Alison Copley, Jo Louis, Sue Wiltshire and Sue Roberts (playing down from 50s) pulled off a great victory defeating Middlesex 3-0 in the division 1 final to become National Champions.
In the player statistics for the league Jo Louis was 2nd winning 9 out of 10 rubbers & Karen Clark 3rd (7 out of 10), Sue Wiltshire 4th (winning all 6 rubbers) & Jackie Nesbitt 6th (6 out of 8) – this excludes the finals.
An all round fantastic effort ladies!
