Devon's 10 & Under boys team of Robbie Broomhead, Sam Hopper, Morgan Hill and Sanad Twijiri travelled to Bristol to take on Avon, Somerset, Wiltshire and Cornwall in the Sourth West regional group of the inter county competition.
Captain Dave Palmer said, "It was a very successful weekend for the Devon team. Every player gave everything they had and produced some incredible performances across the board; we finished 3rd in the group after some extremely tight matches against Somerset & Cornwall."
The team beat Wiltshire 3-1 and Cornwall 3-2 on a match deciding tie break shoot-out. They lost to Somerset 2-3, this time on the wrong side of the match deciding tie break shoot-out. They lost to eventual group winners Avon 1-3.
