Having gained promotion the previous year to division 3, the girls' realistically would do well to hold on to their place especaially given that several of the previous year's team were not available.
In a magnificent display of grit and determination the girls not only kept their place but finished runners up in the group having played for promotion on the last day in a hugely exciting, nail-biting weekend.
