On October 16th at 2pm Hill Lane Junior Lawn Tennis Club are hosting Plymouth Tory MPs Oliver Colvile and Johnny Mercer for a head to head tennis match!
Currently the club is looking to extend the number of guests to make it a Davis Cup style team competition.
Club spokesman Barry Rodgers said, "We are hosting the event to raise the profile of the club's heritage and to hopefully raise some money so that we can celebrate some of the players who have played here in the past, primarily Angela Mortimer who was born in Plymouth and won her first competition here."
