The 12U GB tennis team of Maria Budin, Ali Collins and Durham & Cleveland's very own Donia Abdel-Aziz were in Istanbul this week for the qualifying competition of the inaugural Tennis Europe Winter Cup.
The aim of the week was to come in the top two teams to qualify for the Winter Cup finals which take place in Sheffield from 10-12 February. After some extremely competitive matches, the GB team managed to take second place and qualify for that all important main draw.
