Peri, who works at Durham University's Stockton based Sports Centre, has been leading on touchtennis weekly sessions and recently held a fun competition with a French Open theme.

In Peri's own words, 'the fun competition was a good laugh. I did a French Open theme and I've recruited two new players who joined in with the group who loved it and they are looking forward to the next one!
Matt came first with Jade coming 2nd. Jade's story is particularly fab as she has improved so much over recent weeks and she was over the moon with coming 2nd! In her match against Matt it went right to the wire ending 15 -14!'
The weekly sessions will start again 2nd week of June.'
In addition to the above Peri has a community group coming in for a 6-week block of coaching starting in two weeks and there has been quite a good amount of interest shown so far!
