Assistant Tennis Coach required at Chadwell Heath TC

Chadwell Heath TC is looking for a Level  3 LTA licensed tennis coach to work part time leading to full time.  This coach will assist in expanding club membership programmes, working with Mini Tennis and existing school outreach programmes in the local area.  Flexible working hours which include evenings and weekends.

Chadwell Heath TC has approx 120 adult members and 65 junior members.  There are 6 all weather floodlit courts with a club house including bar, lounge, changing rooms etc.  Groundsman lives on site.

Job Specification

The successful candidate:

Will be enthusiastic, resourceful, hardworking and organised

Will have a passion for tennis to inspire club members and be motivated to develop current/new tennis prpogrammes

Must have a minimum of LTA level 3 coaching qualification or equivalent and hold a current LTA license.  Should have a background in tennis coaching (references required)

Will be able to deliver high quality coaching sessions to groups of children and adults in a fun, safe and professional manner

Be able to assist with existing School Outreach programmes and assist in developng and adding new ones (proof of DBS required)

Be able to promote and attract new members to the club

Be available to assist with club sessions and competitions.
