To be successful, you'll have a relevant tennis qualification. You'll be a model professional, a key reason our members and their families enjoy their tennis and stay within the Club.
You'll develop and manage activities, teams, box leagues, ladders and find partner schemes. You'll be a warm, approachable role model, capable of inspiring and recruiting excellent colleagues.
You'll know how to get the most out of the support of the LTA, to promote competitions, leagues and events.
Most of all, you'll be very good with children and know how to create a fun learning environment.
