Essex LTA is delighted to announce that Malcolm Sedgwick of Thorpe Bay Tennis Club and Evie Page of Hylands CASC have been named the Regional Volunteer and Young Regional Volunteer in the Aegon British Tennis Awards.
Tina Waldon, the much loved and respected lead coach at Hylands for the last 20 years retired last March.
Both the Girls and Boys Essex teams won the 8 & Under East Inter Regional Trophy....So a great effort by both teams and captains Tom Higgins and Kingsley Harris and to Amanda for organising team training sessions leading up to the event...
