Jamie Willson, who has served as Men's Captain on the Essex Tennis Council sadly passed away last Friday. He was not only a valued member of our Council for many years but a good friend to many here also. He will be very sadly missed not only for the vast amount of time and energy he gave to Tennis but on a personal level as well. Our thoughts must now go to his wife Julia and his family.

Nominations are now opejn for the Essex Tennis Awards 2018. Our Awards run in conjunction with the British Tennis Awards and we encourage clubs and individuals to nominate volunteers and coaches to both of these Awards.
