Compton & Shawford Tennis Club
Compton & Shawford Tennis Club near Winchester have successfully been accredited with Tennis Clubmark. Ros Pugh, the club chairlady and Ian Glenday a committee member, have worked tirelessly over the past 12 months to achieve Tennis Clubmark. Credit must also go to the clubs coach Mark Finlan who has grown the programme substantially in the past few years.
Kingsley Tennis Centre
Kingsley Tennis Centre near Bordon have also succesfully achieved Tennis Clubmark accreditation. The family run Club, managed by Colin Jakeway near Farnham recently built four indoor courts and immediately set to work on achieving Tennis Clubmark. The Club have a great programme which is linked to the Sutton High Performance Centre as well as a great local schools programme. Kingsley Tennis Centre also have their own charity for their community work.
