As a precursor to playing Division 1 Men's County Week at Eastbourne we were given the privilege of playing a 2 pair friendly match against the AELTC at Wimbledon on Sunday.
Our team was Paul Scullard, Josh Girling at no. 1 and Charlie Dryden and Paul Johnson at no.2
As can be seen from the photo their team had Jamie baker and Ross Hutchins playing at no. 1 before they were flying off to Monte Carlo to play which made a wonderful day and a great practice for our guys.
At the half way stage we were evens at 1.1 but their class showed in the second round and they won 3.1 overall.
We thank the AELTC for putting on a great day for Hampshire and if we stay in division 1 we may be back there next year.
