Three aspiring young tennis players from Hampshire have been selected to join hopefuls from around the Country at the National Tennis Centre in London this month. The players were selected to attend the eventbased on their performances at the Regional Talent ID session.
Wilson Neaves
Wilson trains at the Portsmouth Tennis Academy and is jointly coached by his older brother Ashley Neaves and Academy Director Kevin Baker. Wilson has had numerous successes this year already and is a regular competitor in Hampshire and Sussex.
Thandy Mlambo
Thandy also trains at the Portsmouth Tennis Academy with Kevin Baker. Thandy successfully represented the South West of England recently and this will be her second visit to the National Tennis Centre.
Ryan Hutchinson
Ryan trains at both the Hampshire Tennis & Health Club and the David Lloyd Southampon Academy. Coached by Dave Buzzard, Ryan will represent Hampshire at the upcoming 9&U County Cup at Bath along with Thandy and Wilson.
The National Talent ID will assess Wilson, Thandy & Ryan alongside players from accross the UK. The day is set to be hard work but will be equally exciting and rewarding.
