You may feel your own club, coach or volunteers should be recognised.

These are the categories for 2016:

  • Volunteer Award
  • Young Volunteer Award
  • Aegon Coach Award
  • Highland Spring Club Award
  • Community Venue Award
  • Education Award
  • Disability Programme Award
  • Outstanding Achievement Award

Those shortlisted for awards in Kent will be invited to an Awards Dinner on Saturday 18th March 2017. County winners will be put through to a regional panel, where the regional winners are selected, before the national winners are chosen. The national winners will be invited to a star-studded ceremony at The Championships, Wimbledon in July 2017.

The Awards were launched by the LTA President Cathie Sabin, who has championed the opportunity to thank tennis volunteers. “If it wasn’t for the selfless efforts of the people who run the clubs, centres and parks we simply would not be able to offer tennis to everyone who would like to play,” Cathie commented. “I have long believed that everyone who helps to deliver, develop and promote British Tennis should be thanked, acknowledged and rewarded for everything they do on our behalf.”
