14u County Cup 2nd – 4th

Team: Ben Davies, Tom Dillon, Robert White, Oliver Hobson & Cameron Ashley Jones
The boys got off to a great start on the first day beating Northumberland 6-0, and then continued this form on day 2 beating Cumbria by the same score. The boys represented the County well and sent a strong message to the county standing in the way of a place in the finals Warwickshire. On Day 3 the players knew they had a tough day ahead of them but we were all ready to battle and support as much as we possibly could. Unfortunately Lancashire came up short and lost 1-5 however had some great performances for Ben Davis and Tom Dillon, Ben winning his match in 3 sets against a higher ranked player and Tom just losing out in 3 sets. First timers Robert White and Cameron Ashley- Jones stepped up well and Oliver Hobson always gave his all throughout the weekend.
