Tennis should be a safe, friendly and enjoyable experience for all young people. The LTA is therefore committed to complying with the National Standards for Safeguarding and Protecting Children in Sport which are developed and assessed by the NSPCC
We want to make sure that children enjoy tennis in a safe environment in which they are protected from any form of abuse. Our policies and guidance in this area are designed to support all tennis organisations to meet this goal.
If you want to learn more about child protection you can attend a Child Protection workshop. This is a 3 hour workshop that will help to improve your knowledge and skills in this area.
Tennis Leicestershire is running a workshop on Thursday 24 September at the Dan Maskell Tennis Centre in Loughborough University, 6.30pm - 9.30pm and is worth 3 coach licence credits.
