Charnwood are celebrating after winning the Mercury Cup for the first time.
They took the coveted trophy for Leicestershire's oldest cup competition by beating Leicester Forest East 6-3 in the final.
Charnwood's second and third mixed doubles pairings, including 17-year-old Alex Zaman, were involved in particularly tight contests before edging to victory in third-set tie-breaks.
Charnwood coach Russell Mayes said that they may have benefited from home advantage. He added: "We're absolutely thrilled with the win. It was nail-biting, but it's great for the club's morale to have won the Mercury Cup."
LFE beat both of last year's finalists, Leicestershire and Roundhill, in earlier rounds.
Coach Tom Kisiel said: "We're disappointed not to win, but we had great support from the fans. We'll be back."
