This 3-day qualification allows those aged 16 and over to become coaching assistants working at Mini Tennis level.
The course is popular in counties and clubs, and offers a natural progression from the Tennis Leaders course for those who want a career in tennis and a fantastic opportunity for those interested in coaching different sports to gain a tennis qualification.
Dates: June 4th and 5th with an assessment day on July 2nd.

Course Pre Requisites
- Age – 16 on the first day of the course
- CRB though the LTA (you must have received a CRB check before the start of the course - It takes up to 4 weeks to receive your CRB once sent off.)
- CRB application forms are available at your local County Office. Leicestershire County Office is located in the Loughborough Indoor Tennis Centre.
- You must be able to provide 3 forms of identification. One of which must be your passport, driving license (with paper counterpart) or UK Birth Certificate.
- Also at least one of the documents must show your name and current address( bank statement, gas bill) and one other document must show your birth date and name together (e.g. birth certificate, passport).
Withdrawal From The Course
- If a candidate withdraws from the course less than 21 working days before the start date then the full course fee will be forfeited if the vacancy is not filled.
- Once candidates have enrolled onto a course they must attend all 3 days at the same venue. Under no circumstances, other than medical (supported by a doctors note), can a candidate miss parts on the course or move between venues.
- Withdrawal during the course will also result in the loss of the full course fee.
