This is an opportunity to become the Club Manager at one of the foremost tennis & squash clubs in the Midlands. The facilities include 18 outdoor tennis courts, 2 squash courts, and a fully staffed clubhouse with bar. The Club is situated in an attractive suburb of Leicester.

The Role
Leicestershire Lawn Tennis & Squash Club is looking for an experienced manager to help lead its team of 3 staff and assist in supporting the day to day management and operations of a club with over 700 members with turnover of c £250k, and both retaining and growing membership.
Main duties:
• Manage and develop the team including bar manager, maintenance manager, and office staff, to meet customer and operational requirements.
• Develop and implement a Marketing Plan for the club, with a strong emphasis on attracting new adult and junior members.
• Responsible for maintaining the club database and IT systems.
• Be responsible for the upkeep of the facilities and meeting all Health and Safety requirements.
• Manage and report on club finances to the committee.
• Planning, agenda setting, attendance and minutes of monthly Committee meetings, AGM, and other meetings as required.
The post will be full time (40hrs p.w.) including flexibility to work outside normal hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
The salary for this role will be in the region of £25-28k depending on experience, plus benefits and performance related bonus.
