Linconshire LTA's Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 23 November 2009 at 7.30pm at 'The Atrium', Lindum Group Limited, Station Road, North Hykeham, Lincoln LN6 3QX.
Affiliated clubs are entltiled to nominate 2 representatives to attend, who each have one vote. Other club members and coaches may attend but shall not have the power to vote.
