Lincolnshire girls came 2nd out of 5 counties and beat Leics 6-2 (3 matches to 1), Northampton 8-0 (4 matches to 0) and Nottinghamshire 6-2, losing to Warwickshire 2-6.
This was a very close group because Nottinghamshire beat Warks which meant 3 teams were on only 1 loss. Lincolnshire only just lost out on winning on %age sets won.
It was a very good effort all round. Lydia Walker had a good run and won all her singles matches at playing at number 3.
