Great success for both Middlesex 14U Teams in Stourbridge and Malvern for our Boys and Girls Teams Respectively.
Our Boys came on top of their 3-County group with 4-2 win over Staffordshire and 6-0 win against Derbyshire to earn a final against a very tough Warwickshire Team on Monday.
Ayaan took the first rubber for Middlesex with a 6-4 7-5 win over Charlie. Finbar fought back to take Middlesex to a 2-0 win over Sam 4-6 6-2 6-2. Warwickshire levelled the tie with Luca getting a convincing win over Raahim and Warwickshire's Daniel pulling through a tough battle against Tom.
Raahim and Artiom took an early lead in the doubles before Warwickshire levelled again to make it 3-3 and taking the match into a shoot out that Middlesex edged 10-4.
The girls had an easier ride on the weekend with wins over Herefordshire & Worcestershire, Staffordshire and Warwickshire without dropping a set throughout the weekend.
Well done to both teams and best of luck in the finals.
