The winners were announced at the BBC Radio Norfolk Active Norfolk's 7th annual Norfolk Sports Awards, where the cream of sporting achievement and service in 2013 were honoured at The Forum in Norwich last night.
Norwich City's John Ruddy, was the special guest at the event which was hosted by BBC's Shaun Peel and attended by 200 people.
