Last week saw the first ever Active Workplace Games, which took place at Kenton School, Newcastle.
The games saw teams from businesses all over the North East battle it out in 12 different sporting events, including netball, football, running, volleyball, cricket, athletics, archery and tennis.
The tennis challenge included:
Serving challenge - Where teams had to aim their serve at the targets, getting points for everyone that they hit.
Volley Ladder - One by one each team member had to step up and aim a volley through the target.
Rebound Net - The whole team had to try and maintain a rally off the rebound net, getting more points the further back the ball bounced.
Every team showed so much enthusiasm and team spirit throughout the night, trying to win for their team.
The overall winners of the Tennis Challenge was Newcastle Falcons who also went on to win the overall competition and be crowned the Active Workplace Game Champions 2014.
