379 top juniors played in the Grade 2 Notts Junior Open which took place from Sunday 6th April to Saturday 12 April at the Nottingham Tennis Centre. After a rainy start to the week, the referee, Peter Grimsdale, was relieved to have enough fine weather to catch up on his schedule and finish all the events on time.
Many congratulations to all the winners and in particular to Joe Woolley and Sophie Drakeford-Lewis who both won two singles titles (U16 and U18) – quite an achievement!
