West Bridgford Tennis Club held its Open Day, for 2017, as part of the Great British Tennis Weekend on Saturday 13th May.
The weather couldn’t have been kinder for us, and the weeks of planning paid dividends as we welcomed over 60 players, both young and old(er!), onto our courts and into our newly refurbished clubhouse!
Sessions ranged from Tots – Adults, Cardio Tennis – touchtennis and one of the favourites; free play! Alongside the coaching sessions, our usual Saturday Social Tennis ran and adult players were encouraged to join in and play a set or two.
The days play was well received and many took advantage of the Special Offer available to only those who attended. A special thanks to all members who gave up their time, and of course to the coaches who took time out to run the sessions.
