There is a Tennis leaders course being held this Sunday 21st October at Thame Tennis Club, OX9 3NH.
The course will run from 2pm to 8pm and costs £85.00.
The Tennis Leader Award is open to anyone aged 13 or over and is your first step towards a career in tennis. Even if you don't think you want to work in sport, becoming a tennis leader will provide you with lots of skills, experience and knowledge that will help you when applying for courses, universities an even your CV when applying for your first job.
The award consists of:
- Introduction to tennis (core module)
and then two of the following modules:
- Volunteering at your tennis venue
- Leading a practice session
- Helping at your school
- Helping at a competition
