Tennis Scotland has selected a number of National players to receive support for the 2017/2018 programme, running from September 2017 - August 2018.
The aim of the National Player Programme is to provide support for our outstanding players, to help them achieve on the international stage, as they look to transition into professional tennis. Support will be in the form of a centralised training programme, sports science and medicine support via entry to the Scottish Institute of Sport and also the introduction of financial support grants.

Players who are not selected for the National Player Programme will still be eligible for Scottish representative events, National Camps (when invited), Tennis Scotland trips to competitions when the relevant entry criteria is met, and may still be selected to train in the Tennis Scotland Pathway programme. It is hoped that the National Player Programme will be something for Scottish Juniors to aspire to, therefore any player not selected is encouraged to strive to put themselves in the frame for future selections.
