Aberdeen Tennis Centre (formerly Westburn Tennis Centre) is due to be formally opened to the public on Thursday 2 August 2018.

Judy Murray has called on women in Scotland to become role models in their communities and be part of a UK wide drive to inspire more girls to play tennis.

As the stars of the Grand Slams get ready for the hard court season, junior players across the UK are still enjoying the draw of the grass courts of the All England Club. Players from across Scotland have all been competing in the Road to Wimbledon qualifiers ahead of the finals which start this weekend.  

Tennis Scotland has today announced the team to represent Scotland at the upcoming Four Nations' Junior Championships. Tennis Ireland hosts the 2018 championships which will be played at the CIYMS Tennis Club, Belfast from Friday 6th to Sunday 8th September.

Entries for the 2018 Quorn Family Tennis Cup Yellow Ball events on 16th September are now open.

All teams will be at full strength when the 53rd edition of the Scottish Junior Inter County team championships are played on Sunday at Prestwick Tennis Centre. Affectionately known as the Tea Cup, the winning team's trophy was donated in 1966 by the Tea Council of Scotland for junior team competition.

Tennis Scotland is saddened to hear the news of Alan Grosset’s passing on Sunday after illness.

The cream of Scotland’s 18 & Under players displayed their considerable talents on Sunday when the 53rd edition of the Scottish Junior Inter County Championships was played at the Prestwick Tennis Centre in Ayrshire.

Online entry is now open for the Tennis Scotland Open Tour 2018. The nationwide progressive tournament structure is back for a second year after the fantastic success of the pilot in 2017.
